                Delegate Shott moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

S.B. 35 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §22-15A-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to limiting the civil penalty for persons convicted of littering to not less than $200 nor more than $2,000.”
